About Me
I am an experienced psychologist who specialises in perinatal mental health, and am a Mummy to two (cheeky) little boys. After working in youth mental health and as a school psychologist since 2014, my own journey into motherhood opened my world both personally and professionally. The perinatal period is the most significant transition in a woman's life - and every Mummy deserves support to navigate and embrace the ebbs and flows of matrescence.
I also quickly learned how hard it becomes to make time for yourself, and prioritising mental health for many mamas becomes a challenge. This juggle and my understanding of this unique period in our lives is actually the reason I started specialising in perinatal mental health. I support women Australia-wide during conception, throughout pregnancy, and post-partum until their youngest child is three years old.
Accessing support and prioritising your mental health should be as easy as possible. For this reason, I primarily offer telehealth so you can access support from your own home, around a schedule that suits you, and if you have a bub at home, they can join too! I also offer face-to-face sessions in a relaxed, child-friendly environment for mamas who prefer this option.
I have completed perinatal-specific training with the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE), the Seleni Institute and the Gidget Foundation Australia.
